How’s Mercury Retrograde in Scorpio Treating Ya?

Posted by Dawn Henderson on

As most of you may know, we’re in the midst of another season of Mercury Retrograde. Although it is true that retrogrades tend to shake us and everything around us up, there’s also so much to look forward to as well. Outside of all of the technical, travel and communication hiccups that take place, what is being revealed to you this season that you needed to know? This retrograde is in the Scorpio season which is the season of transformation. This means there will be plenty revelations that will lead you on the path you're supposed to be on It's time to shed layers, people and even issues that have been swept under the rug. Here are some tips for this retrograde in Scorpio.

Don’t make any financial decisions.

Instead, revise your finances as it isn’t the time to make any major money moves. With it being the fourth quarter, it’s time to start planning for the new year and if you’ve had a tough year financially then you’ll need to create a solid financial plan for the next year that’ll get you stabilized.

It’s been a pretty exhausting year and it’s definitely the time to relax, reflect and prioritize self care. Get rid of extra distractions, don’t make any crazy obligations or give yourself any deadlines.

Stay away from anything and anyone that brings you drama.

This includes friends, social media, exes, places... etc., as certain conversations and situations may suck you in and have you dealing  with unnecessary drama that may not even be your own. Don’t involve yourself in anyone’s choice to run their mouths and don’t drown yourself in nostalgia.

Pause and think before speaking, or just don’t!

This isn’t the time for ‘lemon squeezes’ or tough conversations. Because mercury rules communication, the way you express yourself may be off right now. Everything isn’t worth addressing right now and you don’t want to put yourself in a position to have to apologize later.
