Returns

Due to the handmade and personal cosmetic nature of our products, returns are not accepted under any condition. We do not offer a money-back guarantee on our products. By placing an order, you accept these terms. Please be sure to view photos and read descriptions of products prior to purchase to ensure it is a match for what you seek. If you are unsatisfied with the products, please contact us and we’ll do our absolute best to remedy your concern. You may cancel an order prior to order shipment and receive a refund less a $10 restocking fee if the order is cancelled 48 hours or more after order placement.

There are certain situations where a refund, store credit or product replacement may be granted on a case by case basis, these include but are not limited to:

  • Defective product (we will need photographic proof + order receipt to process)
  • Wrong product (we will need photographic proof + order receipt to process)

We will not process refunds or replacements without photographic evidence, please be sure to take a picture as soon as you receive your damaged or incorrect package. In these cases, you will be issued a refund, store credit or offered a product replacement at no cost to you. There is no need to return the product you already have. High value parcels will be sent with insurance, if your Items are damaged in transit, you will have the option of filing an insurance claim with USPS. Time is of the essence, you have 7 business days from day of order receipt to let us know you have received a wrong or defective item. We are not responsible for and will not issue refunds or store credits if your package is lost in transit or delayed, please contact us with your tracking number if your tracking number has not been updated after 48 hours of receiving shipment information. Packages are only considered lost if the postal service does not mark it as delivered, or if it cannot be located with the tracking number, once marked as delivered, we are not responsible for the package. 

Refunds (if applicable)

If you are approved for and select a refund option, it will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We only refund the amount actually paid, so if you purchase during a sale, you will be refunded the sale price. Please contact your financial institution if you have not received your refund after 7 business days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, first check your bank account again and make sure to pay attention to the DEPOSITS/CREDITS section.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund after the 7 business day period, please contact us at info@sweetdorganics.com We will be glad to facilitate the process for you to the best of our ability.

Sale items (if applicable)

If a product is purchased on sale, you will only be refunded the amount you spent after the discount. Sale items are not refunded at full price.

Replacements (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, or if the wrong item was mailed out to you. In the case of a replacement, a refund will not be granted. Items will be shipped out at no cost to you. There is no need to return ship the defective/wrong product in your possession.



Shipping

All product replacements are shipped out at no cost to you. If you opt for a refund, you will not receive a product replacement.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary, our customer service team is available if you have questions about your shipment.
