We are not responsible for and will not issue refunds or store credits if your package is lost in transit or delayed, please contact us immediately if your tracking number has not been updated after 48 hours of receiving shipment information.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If you receive an order with incorrect or damaged items at our fault, contact us via email within 72 hours of receiving your order so that we can correct the issue. If this is the case, you will not need to return the products you have already received. We do not accept exchanges.
